April 28, 2005 Neighborhood Watch groups will be forming in the Hunterstown and Mexico Neighborhoods of Alton within the next few months. An informational session will be held from 7:00-8 p.m. at Webster Temple / Church of God in Christ, 1100 Highland Avenue to bring residents (adults and youth) together with Police Officers to begin to discuss how to identify and solve neighborhood problems together.
